• Qualified Nursing Associate with NMC registration.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a registered nurse provide high standard of nursing care and ongoing assessment.
• Perform routine procedures including venepuncture, ECG recording, measuring and interpreting blood glucose levels, and recording vital signs.
• Prioritise and manage own workload and delegate where appropriate to colleagues, carers or family.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and community agencies for admissions and discharges.
