Job summary
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is recruiting a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join our Nursing & Midwifery team on Cley Gynaecology ward. You will work under registered nurses to provide safe, compassionate care, assist with assessment, care planning and monitoring of patients.
You will gain opportunities to develop clinical skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team, contribute to discharge planning, health promotion and service improvement, and help ensure high standards of care
Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Associate in the NHS, with ability to perform clinical observations and administer medications within competence.
- Ability to assess, plan and monitor patient care with compassionate approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork to support multidisciplinary care.
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical observations and contribute to assessment and care planning.
- Administer medications within competence and support patients and families.
- Support discharge planning, health promotion and quality improvement activities.
