• Previous experience in health/care setting.
• Understanding of the Nursing Associate role within the team and organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organise and deliver clinical care with the MDT.
• Provide compassionate, safe and effective care to service-users.
• Support service users to achieve their goals and promote wellbeing.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and carers as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide training and support to healthcare assistants and other staff as required.
