Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in the North West is seeking a Registered Nursing Associate to join Sheridan Ward, a female acute ward for adults. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, psychiatrists and physiotherapists to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check. You will work under supervision with registered nurses, assess, plan, organise and deliver clinical care, and contribute to organisation-wide

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate qualification and NMC standards referenced in role.
• Experience or willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organise and deliver clinical care in line with service and patient needs, under supervision of RNs.
• Provide holistic, patient-centred care across the lifespan on a female acute ward for adults.
• Contribute to training, supervision and service improvement initiatives.
