Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Nursing Assistants to join the teams on Dunes Ward and Pine Ward at Hartley Hospital in Sefton. You will support patients with daily activities, promote independence and help create a safe, person-centred environment.

Under supervision you will carry out assigned tasks, observe and report changes in patients, help with care plans, and maintain accurate records. NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience is essential.
• Ability to work under supervision and use initiative on wards.
• You will support continuity of care for service users on their journey through acute services.
