Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Nursing Assistants to join multiple services across several sites. You will work with experienced healthcare professionals to support patients in their recovery and help them achieve the best possible outcomes.

You will be a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, person-centred care, supporting daily activities, promoting independence and keeping a safe, therapeutic ward environment.

Competenze

• NVQ in Health and Social Care and/or experience of working in a care environment is essential.

• Support patients with personal care and wellbeing needs.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records in line with Trust policies.
