Zusammenfassung

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants for the Diabetic & Endocrine Medicine team at MFT Wythenshawe. You will work across day and night shifts, supporting patients with personal care and monitoring condition changes under supervision of Registered Nurses.

On joining MFT you’ll access development programmes, DBS checks, and opportunities to progress to Band 3.

Qualifikationen

• National Care Certificate or equivalent (within 12 weeks)
• Level 2 Apprenticeship in health care or equivalent
• Progression from the Trust Clinical Support Worker Development Programme toward Band 3 AfC
• Functional Skills Level 1 Maths and English

Aufgaben

• Assist Nursing team in delivering patient care.
• Support patients with personal care needs (mobilising, toileting, bathing, dressing, eating and drinking).
• Learn delegated clinical duties and record patient observations.
• Follow Trust guidelines and protocols in daily duties.
