Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants for Ward A4 (General Surgery). You will support patients with personal care, mobility and daily living activities under supervision, while developing your clinical skills through on-the-job training and a clear progression pathway toward Band 3.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care including mobilising, toileting, bathing, dressing, eating and drinking.
• Record patient observations and changes to patient conditions as directed.
• Communicate sensitively with patients, relatives and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing team under supervision to deliver high-quality patient care.
