Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. in Lancaster, United Kingdom, seeks a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered nursing and daily living support under RN supervision in a not-for-profit, Christian environment.

You will deliver age-appropriate care, assist with transfers, meals, and documentation, participate in wellness activities, and support the care team. CNA certification or enrollment is required, with ongoing education and infection control adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum age 16.
• Current CNA certification or enrollment in a CNA program.
• Annual competency testing and continuing education (min 12 hours/year).
• Knowledge of infection control policies and resident care procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and ROM exercises.
• Support residents during meals and snacks, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to nursing staff; assist with non-invasive specimen collection.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Encourage participation in wellness and recreational activities.
• Assist providers with procedures and participate in departmental committees.

• Assist providers with procedures as needed and participate in departmental committees.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum age of 16.
• Current CNA certification or enrollment in a training program leading to certification within four months.
• Completion of annual competency testing and continuing education (minimum 12 hours/year).
• Knowledge of infection control policies, proper transfer techniques, and resident care procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Additional Requirements: For some roles, valid driver’s license and medical clearance to perform driving responsibilities.
