Position Overview

Reports to: Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing

About the Role: LPN/RN Hall Nurse

Job Description:

  • Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
  • Participate in planning and implementing unit activities.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and resident rights.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Assist in resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Support infection control and safety procedures.
  • Participate in staff training and orientation.
  • Report incidents and changes in resident conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved LPN/RN program.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid state licensure with no disciplinary actions.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Skills and Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Additional Requirements: Ability to relocate to Plymouth, NC, and meet physical and health requirements.
