Zusammenfassung

Kids Planet Adswood is seeking a proactive Third in Charge to join our nursery team. You will support daily operations, lead team activities, and ensure high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework.

The role focuses on safeguarding, development, and family partnerships within a welcoming, inclusive setting. You will work with a friendly central team, benefit from ongoing KP Academy training, enhanced leave provisions, and a competitive salary with pension and holiday allowances.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting.

• Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care in line with the EYFS.
• Assist in leading and supporting teams, maintaining a positive, collaborative, and professional environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, supporting development and wellbeing while contributing to a nurturing and inclusive setting.
