You’ll lead by example on the phone, pass ongoing work to coordinators, and push for £10k a month gross profit per desk while expanding into new regions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record on a busy temps desk (Early Years, Education, Care, or Commercial temps).
• Comfortable making cold calls and introducing yourself to new clients.
• Driven by the direct financial rewards of revenue you bring in.
• Collaborative and willing to share tips with less experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build desks, win clients, and drive new regions on the floor.
• Lead by example on calls, maintain high energy, and mentor others.
• Minimise admin by handing ongoing desks to a coordinator after winning the business.
• Aim to reach around £10k gross profit per month per desk and hand over to the team.
