Job summary

We are working with a lovely primary school in Edgware (HA8) that is seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team from January 2027.

This is a full-time, long-term role based in Edgware with an onset in January 2027. The Nursery Teacher will deliver engaging learning opportunities, support children's development, and collaborate with staff and parents to track progress within a welcoming Early Years environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Previous Nursery or Early Years teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about supporting young children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative learning opportunities within the Nursery class.
• Support children's social, emotional, and academic development.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating Early Years environment.
• Work closely with support staff and parents to ensure pupil progress.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil development in line with EYFS requirements.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30-3:30/4:00pm
Pay: M3-M6 Outer London
