Job summary

MorePeople is recruiting a Nursery Sales Executive for a growing specialist tree nursery in Bedfordshire. Based at the nursery, you will manage and develop relationships across landscapers, developers, contractors and retail customers.

You will prepare commercial quotations, follow up opportunities and provide customers with knowledgeable advice on trees, planting and aftercare, while working with the nursery operations team to ensure stock is ready for delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to spot new opportunities.
• Proactive in developing business and following up enquiries.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in horticulture, landscaping, arboriculture or nursery sector advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with landscapers, developers, contractors and retail customers.
• Prepare commercial quotations and proactively following up opportunities.
• Provide customers with knowledgeable advice on trees, planting and aftercare.
• Work closely with nursery operations to ensure stock is prepared and delivered to the required standard.
• Maintain accurate sales information and governance processes.
• Represent the nursery professionally during customer meetings, site visits and visits to the nursery.
