The Learning Experience Uk in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Senior to join our high-quality early years setting. This role offers a competitive salary and a supportive, professional workplace.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensure EYFS standards are met, monitor milestones, and lead colleagues to maintain excellent childcare and education. This is a full-time, permanent position in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification essential.
• Experience in an Early Years setting (Room Leader / Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards.

Salary: Up to £32,500 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)
• Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• Strong communication skills and a passion for childcare
• A commitment to delivering excellence in early years education
