N Family Club is hiring a Room Manager for our Redhill nursery. You will lead a team of Educators in a busy room, driving our curriculum-led approach and child-centered learning. You’ll support staff development, maintain high care standards, and nurture relationships with families within a vibrant early-years setting.

Formación

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner).
• For Baby Room Managers, experience with children under 2 is required.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• Background in delivering consistent, exceptional customer service.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to stay compliant.
• Safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update.
• Genuine passion for education and changing lives of children.
• Positive, glass-half-full outlook with drive and motivation.
• Solid decision‑making to support WIGs.

Your key responsibilities

• Shape the daily routine of your room, ensuring smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Support your team to plan, observe, and deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to every child.
• Coach, guide, and motivate your team through regular feedback and professional development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
• Embed and role-model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.

Our Room Managers should have…

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
• For Baby Room Managers, you will need previous experience working with children under 2.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• A background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and be willing to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass-half-full outlook.

• A solid decision-maker with the ability to support and achieve our WIGs (Wildly Important Goals).
