N Family Club in Cobham, Surrey, is hiring a Nursery Room Manager to lead a team of educators in a dynamic early years setting. The role focuses on delivering our curriculum-led approach and creating an engaging, safe environment for children from our 60-place nursery.

You will manage daily routines, support team development, and collaborate with parents to ensure exceptional care and learning. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) certification.
• Safeguarding/child protection training with willingness to update.

As a Room Manager at N Family, you’ll lead an incredible team of expert Educators in one of our nursery family rooms. As a specialist in early years education, you’ll be the driving force behind passionate, innovative teaching. Your key responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
• Embed and role‑model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.

Our Room Managers should have...

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
• For Baby Room Managers, you will need previous experience working with children under 2.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• A background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and be willing to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
• Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
• A solid decision‑maker with the ability to support and achieve our WIGs (Wildly Important Goals).
