Qualifications

• Experience as a Nursery Room Leader or similar role is essential.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and SEND/ASL needs is preferred.

Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to hire a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Maidenhead Norden Road Nursery.

As a Room Manager, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practice. You may also choose to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially earn a promotion!

Some of your responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader at Busy Bees include:

• Being a keyworker, ensuring each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Owning the observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encouraging and praising children’s development and achievements while guiding and managing your team.
• And most importantly… having FUN!

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
