Qualifications

• Qualified with a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Experience in supporting children's development in line with EYFS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ensure individual needs of children are met and support parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Lead the observation and planning for key children, providing developmental support.

Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell Nursery.

As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our very own in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and advance your career!

Some of the responsibilities as a Room Leader/Manager at Busy Bees include:

• As a keyworker, ensuring every child's individual needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Owning the observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements while guiding and managing your team.
