As Room Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our Toddler Room, take responsibility forthe care, well-being and safety of all children and staff, and be approachable for parents and colleagues. You’ll also play an active role in the senior management team, help to induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise Nursery Practitioners, and ensure that high standards of care and education are maintained at all times.
