Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great!

We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Croydon Nursery.

As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. You may also wish to enrol in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!

Some of the responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader at Busy Bees:

• Ensure every child's individual needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs as a keyworker.
• Take ownership of observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps and supporting staff.
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements while guiding and managing your team.
• And most importantly… have FUN!

To apply for this qualified role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
