Job description

Role

We are currently looking for a Bar Manager to join our team in Holborn Dining Room. The Bar Manager is entrusted to run and oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar in Holborn Dining Room including London's largest gin collection, comprising of over 600 different gins.

Key expectations of this role are

  1. Ensuring that the gin bar is operated in line with maximising beverage profit while delivering on the brand promise
  2. Managing the team through regular one-to-one meetings, departmental meetings and job chats
  3. Creating and following up on personal development plans for all associates to ensure retention and high engagement levels
  4. Ensuring delivery of all aspects of the guest experience in the bar according to Rosewood standards through regular departmental trainings and audits

Profile

  1. Having a thorough knowledge of Mixology and drinks menu engineering as well as London's upscale bar scene
  2. A good understanding of leading and developing people effectively
  3. Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks in a high-pressure environment
  4. Possessing a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience
