Job Description:

We are proud to be searching for a Room Leader and a LV3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a fantastic setting based near Aylesbury. They are dedicated to giving every child the best start in life by supporting them to play, learn, and grow in a positive and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment, and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
2. Ensure appropriate planning and assessment is accurately maintained for key children.
3. Prepare and supervise activities.
4. Ensure that all children are kept safe.
5. Notify Designated Officer of any safeguarding concerns.
6. Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
7. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
8. Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained.
9. Deploy staff effectively to ensure the required standards are maintained.
10. Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s keyperson system and allocate key children appropriately.
