We love what we do and we’re committed to helping the youngest children reach their full potential in friendly, nurturing, and engaging home‑from‑home environments.
Our nursery offers a more relaxed feel than larger settings, with just 62 places. It’s housed in a beautiful timber‑framed building overlooking the much‑loved Felix Road Adventure Playground. The nursery has a warm, homely atmosphere, and all rooms enjoy free‑flow access to the garden space, perfect for outdoor play and exploration.

As well as offering competitive pay for all roles in a friendly and supportive team, you’ll receive lots of great benefits: competitive pay, annual pay reviews, paid one hour lunch break, 50% off for your child in our nurseries, enhanced maternity pay, employer pension, ‘Refer a friend’ bonus, 28 days holiday, your birthday off, annual wellbeing day, 3 extra days off between Christmas and New Year, 24/7 remote GP access, career progression and training opportunities.
We love what we do and we’re committed to helping the youngest children reach their full potential in friendly, nurturing, and engaging home‑from‑home environments. We’re building something special and we’d love you to be part of it.
As a part of our safer recruitment policy and commitment to safeguarding, we will require you to complete our application form directly on our website during the process. It’s easy to use and mobile-friendly.
