Partou Shepherds Lane Day Nursery & Pre-school in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire is recruiting a Nursery Room Leader to manage the room and lead a small team. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a focus on delivering high-quality EYFS learning in a warm, safe environment.

You will oversee daily activities, report to the senior team, and build strong partnerships with families, ensuring safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily running of the nursery room.
• Lead and inspire your team to engage children in stimulating activities.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment and positive partnerships with families.
