Job summary

Sable Recruitment in London is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a full-time, term-time role. You will head a room, manage staff, train new employees and supervise activities from 8:45am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday, with a July–September start.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 in Childcare and have at least 2 years of Nursery Practitioner experience. Team leadership and a friendly approach to children and colleagues are important.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Nursery Practitioner or above.

Responsibilities

• Manage your room and staff.
• Plan and organise activities.
• Support children's growth and development.
• Conduct 1-2-1's with staff in your room.
• Lead planning for the EYFS curriculum.
• Mentor and supervise staff in your room.
