Room Leader

Nurse Seekers is proud to be working on behalf of a quality day nursery that is part of a family-run business with over 25 years of experience. They are looking to employ a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Room Leader or Qualified Nursery Practitioner at their outstanding setting near Hathaway, West Ealing, rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping children's daily experiences, guiding your team, and ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all staff and foster a positive team environment
  • Liaise with and support parents and family members
  • Participate in out-of-hours activities such as training, staff meetings, parent evenings, and fundraising events
  • Be flexible within the nursery's working practices and assist where needed
  • Work alongside the Manager and staff team to fulfill the nursery's philosophy
  • Identify areas where your help can be most effectively utilized
  • Maintain awareness of the individual needs of all children
