  • Mentor and support a team of nursery practitioners, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Track and assess children’s progress through observation and tailored support, ensuring each child achieves their full potential.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and carers, offering regular updates on children’s development and wellbeing.
  • Ensure a safe, well-organized, and clean learning environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
