This fulltime permanent position is available for an immediate start offering a great opportunity to lead a nurturing and dynamic nursery team while contributing to the development of young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Position Overview

• Role: Nursery Room Leader
• Location: Wandsworth
• Contract: FullTime Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursery room ensuring a high standard of care and education for all children in your care.
• Plan deliver and assess engaging and childcentered activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a positive inclusive and stimulating environment that supports childrens emotional social and cognitive development.
• Mentor and support a team of nursery practitioners providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Track and assess childrens progress through observation and tailored support ensuring each child achieves their full potential.
• Establish strong relationships with parents and carers offering regular updates on childrens development and wellbeing.
• Ensure a safe wellorganized and clean learning environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
