Job summary

New Resource Group is seeking a qualified Nursery Room Manager in Chiswick to lead a small team and deliver engaging, EYFS-aligned activities. You will plan learning experiences, showcase the room to prospective parents, and foster strong relationships with children and families.

The role requires NVQ/Cache Level 3 or equivalent and experience as a Room Leader. A 4-day week option is available, with opportunities for training across Forest School Leadership and Montessori.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Room Leader in a nursery.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and children's learning and development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for delivering amazing educational experiences to children.
