Job summary

RAFAKidz Nursery, RAF Shawbury, SY4 4DZ is recruiting a proactive Room Leader to join our busy early years setting.

You will be hands-on, ideally a Level 3 Practitioner, with EYFS knowledge and at least one year of experience in a level 3 role. You will lead and support staff, plan engaging activities, and nurture children's learning and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a Level 3 position in an early years environment.
• Good understanding of EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting.
• Lead and motivate colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support their qualifications journey.
• Plan for children's learning and development using EYFS outcomes.

About you

You can expect to be fully hands on to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. Ideally you will be either an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. As well as the usual responsibilities that you would expect of this role, our Room Leaders are part of our management team and role models to other members of staff. You will encourage and motivate your colleagues to continually demonstrate best practices and support them in their learning journey towards their qualifications. You will have a minimum of one years experience working at a level 3 position in an early years environment and have a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for childrens learning and development.
