Our client’s Nursery provides a nurturing environment for children up to age 5, focusing on physical, intellectual, and social development. Their team supports each child’s growth in a caring setting.

The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, tailoring activities to each child’s needs. Outdoor play enhances physical, cognitive, and social skills, encouraging exploration and creativity.

Position: Nursery Room Leader

Role Overview: A qualified nursery professional responsible for the day-to-day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery. You must be NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent. The role involves training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills. You will ensure children are cared for in a happy, safe, and stimulating environment, with a sound understanding of developmental requirements and providing a range of learning experiences to support all-round development. Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
