Job summary

Kids Planet Old Stables is seeking a Room Leader to guide a nursery room, delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, and supporting a passionate team.

You will lead daily activities, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to an inclusive culture. A Level 3 early years qualification and safeguarding knowledge are essential; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK recognised Level 3 early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS principles and practices.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:

By leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

Through supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.

Through building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.

What a Room Leader needs:

Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.

Excellent understanding of EYFS.

Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
