We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leaders to lead either the Baby Room or Toddler Room. What We’re Looking For

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or a strong L3 practitioner ready to take the next step.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to inspire, motivate and support a small team.
• A warm, nurturing and positive approach to working with children and families.
