Job summary

Partou Victoria Park Day Nursery & Pre-school in Wirral is seeking a Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.

You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families, with rewards

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge is essential.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of a Nursery Room and lead the room team.
• Ensure activities engage children and support learning and development per EYFS.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and build partnerships with families.
• Inspire and develop the team to deliver high-quality childcare.

About the Role

Partou Victoria Park Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofrole of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families. families.
