Busy Bees Mansfield Vicar Water is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and drive the Bee Curious curriculum, inspiring your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning. You will lead planning, support staff development, monitor child progress, and act as Key Person for a group, ensuring health and safety, inclusive practice, and strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory responsibilities.

Busy Bees Mansfield Vicar Water is an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" nursery with a capacity of 56, offering exceptional childcare across two floors in three age-appropriate base rooms. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
