Job summary

Grandir UK is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Room Leader for the Kiddi Caru Day Nursery at Matford Green in Exeter. You will guide a dedicated room team, support learning, and ensure EYFS standards are met while delivering a warm, safe environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.

About Our Nursery

Our Approach

Located at Matford Green Business Park in Exeter, our purpose-built nursery offers easy access to the M5 and major routes, with nearby public transport and on-site parking to make daily drop-offs simple for families.

What You Will Be Doing
