Refresh Recruitment Limited is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a nursery in Burgess Hill. You will lead your room, support Nursery Practitioners, and deliver high-quality care for children aged 0-5, ensuring EYFS compliance and a safe learning environment.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent and entails 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days (Mon-Fri). You will foster staff development, parent communication, and continuous improvement within the team.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join an excellent nursery based in Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a team in delivering exceptional care and education to young children.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing your room, supporting, and developing Nursery Practitioners, and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

We are also currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner position within the nursery.

You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or an equivalent recognised qualification to be considered for this role.
