We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our vibrant Early Years team on a full-time, fixed term basis during term time. In this key leadership role, you will inspire and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes each child’s development and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Level 3 qualification, proven leadership experience in an early years setting, strong knowledge of safeguarding, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be:
·A qualified early years practitioner (Level 3 or above) with at least three years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
·A confident leader who can inspire, supervise, and support a team to deliver high-quality EYFS provision
·Passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
·Highly organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
·Knowledgeable in safeguarding, health and safety, and early years best practice, with a proactive and reflective approach to continuous improvement

Position:Fixed term for one year, term-time only
Hours:42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (1 hour for lunch)
Salary:£24,752 (FTE £30,940) £14.00 per hour
Start Date:1st September 2025
