Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. Ashford Eureka Park is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, plan activities, and ensure the Bee Curious curriculum is integrated across the centre.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Supervisory experience as Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Nursery Practitioner is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and building relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children and communicate progress to parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment is clean and secure.

Busy Bees Ashford Eureka Park, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 108 children and is a friendly nursery featuring six base rooms along with a dedicated sensory room. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families.
