Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years practitioner to lead a growing 2-3 year-old Nursery provision in Enfield on a full-time fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, deliver high-quality EYFS play-based learning, and support children's development while collaborating with the Early Years team and families. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework.
• Experience leading or working within an Early Years team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Creative and proactive approach to play-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day 2-3 year-old Nursery provision.
• Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with EYFS.
• Create an engaging, inclusive Early Years environment.
• Support children's development across communication, language, physical and social-emotional areas.
• Maintain routines and high expectations within the provision.
• Collaborate with the wider Early Years team and families.
