Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd in Birmingham is seeking Flexible Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 & Level 3) to support children aged 0–5 across the Birmingham area. Work is flexible by day, with choices between 1–2 days, extra shifts, or regular full-time hours, depending on nursery needs.

You will deliver EYFS-aligned activities, create a nurturing environment, and collaborate with nursery teams across settings. Ideal candidates have Level 2/3 childcare and a caring, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0–5 with learning, development and daily routines.
• Deliver fun and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For:
