Job summary

Nexter Ltd in London SE4 is seeking an Early Years Educator (Level 3) to provide specialist SEND support and inclusive care in a mixed-role setting. You will work with the SENCO and external professionals to deliver personalised learning experiences.

The role focuses on play-based development, EHCP-informed planning and collaboration with colleagues to ensure a safe, welcoming and high-quality classroom for all children.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Extensive experience working with children with SEND.
• Strong understanding of EHCPs and inclusive practice.
• Patient, caring and committed to high-quality care and education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and proactive in supporting the setting.
• Experience supporting children with vision impairment and/or global delay.
