Job summary

Freedom Care is hiring Nursery Practitioners for our Lymington nursery. We welcome Level 2 and Level 3 qualified candidates for 3 or 4 long days per week, with typical hours 8am–6pm and the potential for a 5pm finish on full-time roles.

The roles involve high-quality care and early learning, safeguarding, planning activities, and building strong partnerships with parents. We offer lunch, bonuses, childcare discounts, ongoing training, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
  • Warm, caring and child-centred approach.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and children’s welfare.

Are you a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking to join a supportive nursery where children and staff are genuinely valued?

We are recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to provide high-quality care and early learning within a modern, welcoming and well-resourced nursery environment. Level 3 practitioners are particularly encouraged to apply, although we would also be delighted to hear from strong Level 2 candidates.

About The Role

  • Working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager, Room Leaders and wider team.
  • Following nursery policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.
  • Contributing to training, staff meetings, parent evenings and nursery events when required.
