Compensation: £26,000 - £29,120 / year (Full time, 40 hrs/week, 4 days/week)

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to be based in our Peninsula Nursery. The nursery offers state‑of‑the‑art facilities, bright indoor rooms and fabulous outdoor areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities for children.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
• Support children's learning in line with the EYFS.
• Communicate with parents and team members.
• Use your initiative to improve practice.
• Show passion in daily interactions with children.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year’s experience as a Nursery Practitioner or equivalent.
• Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS & statutory framework.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and with initiative.
• Passion for working with children.
