Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to support early childhood learning and development. You will plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS and act as a key person to monitor children's growth and liaise with families.

The role involves creating a safe and stimulating environment, preparing materials, and contributing to high-quality care across Busy Bees nurseries, with emphasis on communication and organisation.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5.
• Genuine interest in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee childrens development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials.
