You’ll deliver EYFS-aligned activities, maintain a safe classroom, and build strong partnerships with families while benefiting from structured professional growth and comprehensive wellbeing offerings.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education required.
• Experience working with children under 5 desired.
• Strong communication and organisational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare materials for activities.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with EYFS to support growth.
• Act as Key Person, building strong family connections and tracking development.
