Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and ability to apply child development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development and maintain strong family links.
