Busy Bees Nurseries in Harrogate Hornbeam Park is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children’s development and deliver the Bee Curious curriculum. We offer flexible hours: 30hrs across 3 days or 40hrs across 4 days, with interview discussions for final details.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering relationships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
