Refresh Recruitment Limited in Slough is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) to join a vibrant nursery setting. You will deliver engaging activities, support young children’s development, and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The role requires a Level 3 childcare qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. 40 hours per week, 4 or 5 days, with DBS check and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent required.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting preferred.
• Understanding of child development and EYFS framework.

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the nursery and maintain high standards of care.
• Follow and implement the EYFS framework.
• Lead by example and demonstrate best practice in early years education.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children's learning and development.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the nursery environment and children's experiences.
